Career Management Team One of the most important goals of JLJ students is their career choice advancement and management. JLJ Career Management Team works closely with the students to help them, identify and choose from myriad opportunities. JLJ's Career Management Team, in partnership with students assists them in determining the next step for their careers. CMT Offers: Career Events: CMT holds various workshops for developing student's personality, apart from the technical and managerial knowledge they acquire through their academic curriculum. Workshops on improving personal quality, interviewing skills, negotiating skills, body language, interpersonal skills, business letter writing etc. are held frequently as part of their course Career Counselling: Students meet the CMT counsellor to start developing their career strategy. Individual/group counselling continues regularly throughout the program. Self Assessment: Self assessment exercises are done, which help students realize their strengths and weaknesses and hence help them move in the right direction. Self Development Workshops: Various workshops are held by CMT on communication, presentation, leadership, motivation, team & task management, personal quality initiative etc. to help improve the personality of the students. Industry Workshops: People from various industries and functional areas share their experiences with the students. Job Search Workshops: Students learn strategies & tips for interviewing, networking, negotiation & more. They are taught the various methods of searching for a job & helped in doing so. Resume Advice: Students are helped in making the resume. A List of Jobs Opening on the Web : List of job openings are put on the web/notice board for students.
