The Award for Excellence in Human Resource Development in Electronics is given for the best run institution nationally for ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels under the DOEACC scheme. The awards were conferred on JLJ in recognition of their excellent performance in DOEACC examinations and maintaining excellent infrastructure for training, and for keeping pace with the state-of-art in the field of Information Technology.

The commendation certificates are given by the DOEACC Society to the top 5 institutes for `A' level and top 10 institutes for `O' level based on their overall performance on a National level.
