Our Software Development Approach
Software development is an integration of process to system study, system design, coding, testing and quality assurance,documentation, training and implementation. The back-up manual system, procedures and formats are designed and implemented.
To build and implement an effective Management Information System, we conduct formal system study at the client site to understand the objectives/goals of the client's organizations. The objectives are then translated into decision centers towards which, information flow occurs. The purpose of the exercise is to build organization wide information architects to support various decision centers. Sophisticated techniques are used to determine what and how much information is required at each decision point. So that, there is neither over flow nor paucity of it.
