After completing my graduation from Lucknow, I was in a dilemma as to which path to choose for a bright career. After having thought of all the options, I selected JLJ neglecting all fears and apprehensions. The seeds of my success path were sown at JLJ, when I joined the 3 year DOEACC `B' level course. After 3 years of rigorous studies and other activities, including personality development sessions, seminars, guest lectures, conferences, workshops. While experiencing the hostel life, I was turned into a thorough IT professional. And today, my company has given me the responsibility of System Analyst on the basis of my competence. Thanks to JLJ for laying the right foundation.

| Software Development Philosophy Our development team shares a common mission : to develop quality software that is delivered : On time Within budget Meets current business requirements Is scalable to future needs Is I-enabled But without a clear, repeatable process to guide team members through each face of development project, such goals are virtually unattainable. Results fall short and are unpredictable: testing is tedious and expensive and serious flaws are discovered late in the project. The resulting product is difficult to maintain and extend, and is often a poor fit to the users' real needs. That's why, we have designed our own development methodology, which is based on a web enabled software engineering process, that enhances team productivity and delivers software best practices to all team members. In this easy-to-use development methodology and for all critical development ,the projects are done as per the specifications provided by the client. Quality Quality is a comprehensive and fundamental rule or belief, for leading and operating JLJ software house, aimed at continually improving performance over the long term. Our Software Development Approach Software development is an integration of process to system study, system design, coding, testing and quality assurance, documentation, training and implementation. The back-up manual system, procedures and formats are designed and implemented. To build and implement an effective Management Information System, we conduct formal system study at the client site to understand the objectives/goals of the client's organizations. The objectives are then translated into decision centers towards which, information flow occurs. The purpose of the exercise is to build organization wide information architects to support various decision centers. Sophisticated techniques are used to determine what and how much information is required at each decision point. So that, there is neither over flow nor paucity of it. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
